I always wanted to lose weight. I tried many things. I literally used to starve myself, thinking that if I will eat I might gain even more. My body has a tendency to gain weight like anything. After trying my hands on everything I happened to realise that one of my school friends is a renowned and trained dietician. So I contacted Vani. When I shared my daily eating habits with her she was astonished to hear that I was literally starving myself in order to lose weight and I was terribly failing in it. So, she taught me to streamline my dietary habits. She helped me lose weight while I was eating. And my weight loss is still going on. I take this opportunity to thank you for letting me gain my confidence again. I knew you for long, but now I repent why I didn’t take your diet plans earlier. Your plans were so easy to follow, new recipes in every 10 days brought newer hopes and freshness to the daily routines. I have lost about 7 kgs in 2 months of plan, but with that said, I have gained my confidence, I could fit in my pre-pregnancy clothes now, and feel so good about myself. You were always accessible on phone or messages, and very keen in following up. Your diets are customized to the person’s need, as I could see in my brother and sister’s plan, and not like ‘copy and paste’ as many dieticians do. With that being said, now you have become our family dietician for years to come. I’m so glad that I trusted you and you made that happen which was not happening earlier even with heavy exercises and calorie cut diets. I could realize that there is no shortcut to good health and healthy weight loss. Hi, I am Anil from Pathankot.. I contacted Dt. Vani last month. I weighed 89kgs that time with lot of fat around my belly area. I had been into vigorous exercise, almost 4 hours daily and used to eat homemade food only but still couldn’t manage to loose weight. I was the part of the “ Diet Workshop” presented by Vani Mam at Jalandhar. Around 300 people from Indian Army came to attend her workshop . The entire audience was enticed by her presentation . Almost all senior officers of Army were present during her talk . Her slides covered everything, from balanced diet to fitness . I had consulted Vani Mam …few months ago as i was gaining lot of weight. I was weighing 97 kgs and my height is 5’7..I tried doing so many things and also followed an extensive exercise regimen as well but nothing was moving in my case. I happened to meet Vani Mam and consulted her.She had a detailed discussion with me on my eating habits my lifestyle my taste and habits.
I had provided my measurements to Vani Mam and i requested Mam that i am not the ones who can follow specific meals on stipulated time because my job involves lot of travelling and outside eating.
My consultation with Vani Mam lasted for 2 months and i noticed drastic changes especially on my face and reduced waistline.
